It started with a little dog. Peanut was Lucy’s first best friend. When Lucy was four and she first got Peanut, she was holding her when all of a sudden, Peanut started to talk to her.
‘Hi, do you want to be my friend?’ said Peanut.
‘Yes!’ Lucy replied, ‘But hold on a second…’
She went to tell her mum but her mum didn’t believe her...

Hello my name is Jack and I am made from fire. I fell into a fire and that is how I became fireboy. I have a friend called Boxy who lives on Box World. I met Boxy after ordering a portal to visit different realms, but instead, I got Boxy… I never ordered anything from there again.
This is my story on planet Earth. I fell off a cliff and landed here. Boxy was trying to get my attention but I didn’t notice him and tripped.
Now Boxy is trapped on my planet and I’m trapped on Earth...

Whenever Ella was abandoned, she wandered about the jungle looking for resources. She was exhausted and tried to drink out of a pond when she met a sea turtle who she named Jeffrey. He took care of her and tried to help her get food like fish and mushrooms. He helped her to get across the water. Jeffrey used his fins to communicate sign language with Ella...
Elizabeth was at home thinking about the jungle and all the animals. As she looked out the window, she saw the cranes of East Belfast on a misty day.
Rose the tiger jumped into the toy box and hid behind the other woolie, multi-coloured teddies, pretending to be one. As she hid, you could see the orange and black stripes of her back, her feline eyes, and her sharp claws.
As Elizabeth was looking out of the window, she wanted to escape out of it from the bungalow...

Henry woke up and there were wasps all over his room. He got stung 15 times. His brother Steve’s axolotl was sitting in his tank just watching while he ate his popcorn from the night before. Henry screamed to his mummy, ‘Help!’. He had an allergic reaction and was swelling up. He ran around the whole house screaming, "HELP, HELP, HELP!", while swatting the wasps away with his guitar as they followed him down the hallway. His mum ran up the stairs and said, "Oh my goodness! We need to phone the ambulance. Calm down, calm down, they will be here soon!"...

Hi! I’m Jake, and this is my story. I met my best friend Jada when we were born in the same hospital. We’ve been best friends ever since.
But one early morning, I found out that Jada got into a car accident! She was unconscious, and when I went to the hospital, I found out she was in a coma. The night before it happened, I could sense that something bad was going to happen, and I couldn’t sleep. To make things worse, Jada and I had been fighting the day before, so when I found out she was in a coma, it broke my heart.
When Jada woke up from the coma, I was by her bedside. She said, “Who are you?”...
