This was my poem that was Highly Commended in the About Us competition (who are involved with the Foyle Poetry Society).
This is my finished version of the article I was working on at journalism club before Christmas. I’ve submitted it to Paper Lanterns to see if they’ll consider it for one of their next feature pieces!
This is the follow-up of Chapter 13. These few chapters all take place on the same night. Also, there's 30 chapters in total, and this is exactly half-way! This is the beginning of the second-half.
A second draft as a mixture of prose and poetry. I have seperated the paragraphs as different fonts between Ellie and Rose, although that doesn't show up here. So I wrote in who is speaking at the top of each paragraph just to keep you right. Enjoy:)

I've writen a few poems for the anthology but I wasn't really happy with them. I tried my hand at a story written in poetry and am really proud of it (I promise I'll stick with this one and edit it).
