To you this might not sound like a normal start to the day, but to Eve, bouncing out of her hammock, and sliding down the branch to the bathroom of her jungle treehouse was totally normal. Eve had lived in and explored the Amazon for eleven years now.
Today was Friday Fun Day and that meant trekking to find new and exciting animals and plants. Eve grabbed her map as always and set off through the jungle. For some strange reason, today she decided to take a little bit of a different route.
This would be the best thing about her day! Her different route led her to discovering a very different kind of item than usual. Who would've thought that you would find a large black book with a gold rock in the middle while heading down the jungle path?
First Eve stumbled over the book, and then noticed the sparkling gold rock in the middle of the cover. Confused, she decided to lift up in the book and see what was inside.
How strange, she thought, to find a book in the middle of a jungle! I wonder how did it get here and what's inside?!
Eve put her hand on the first page and felt the words almost rush up her arm. The book was MAGIC!
Before she knew it, Eve was totally changed! The book had given her three superpowers. Super strength, super speed and a super suit to match.
As the book fell to the ground, it lay open at the back page. As she read, the book explained that there was an evil jungle wizard and whoever finds this book must stop him from wrecking the jungle plants and animals!
Eve was just the person for the job so she immediately set off!
Suddenly she heard a large cracking and snapping noise and followed it. As she ran, trees began to fall around her and she knew this was the work of the jungle wizard!
She reached a clearing and there stood the wizard with a great whirl of magic round him. Eve knew he must be stopped!
Using her super speed, she ran round him creating a tornado to trap him! With her super strength she held up the trees and animals back from falling and being wrecked forever! Her super suit kept her safe from the wizard’s magic!
With all three powers, Eve defeated the wizard by trapping him inside the magic book she had found! He was sucked inside never to harm the jungle again! All the animals were so thankful for Eve and she was proud of herself!
