Chapter One
Gummy was born in Bubble Gum Planet. One day, a meteor struck and he fell off the planet. Gummy landed in a supermarket on Planet Earth. When he woke up, he saw that his pet gummy dog and fallen out with him.
All of the children came running at him, “EOOOW!” they shouted. “A sticky blue man!”
Gummy tried to push one of the girls away, but when he touched her she turned into a big blob of gumball. All of a sudden, the very hyper children launched towards the gumball girl.
“THIS IS WHY I HATE SUPERMARKETS!” said Gummy.
He realised that he couldn’t see his dog, Timmy. He panicked.
“Where’s Timmy?!” he shouted.
Suddenly, Gumball Girl turned back into a human.
“I WILL GET YOU!” she shouted.
She found the dog where the lettuce was, picked him up and ran out of the supermarket.
Gummy ran after her. All of the children ran down the street after them.
As she was running, Gumball Girl accidentally tickled Timmy’s ears. This set off his secret power and he started shooting gumballs everywhere.
To dodge the gumballs, Gummy rolled into a sticky ball. The children tripped over him and turned into an ENORMOUS sticky ball…
