The Faraway Fish

Once, in a faraway under the sea land, there was a finball fish called Toby.  He practiced finball when he was a kid and he wanted to became a champion finballer.

When he came into his thirties he decided to go to the Premier League Finball Cup Final. The Final was happening in the Pacific Ocean.

Toby swam for a couple of hours.  He swam past a Christmas tree and a pancake maker.

“Hello!” said the pancake maker.

“Hello!” said Toby.

“Where are you going?” asked the pancake maker.

“The fish station,” said Toby.  “It’s like a train station but for fish.”

“Oh, really?” said the pancake maker.

Stretchy Man was in the pancake shop getting a pancake and heard what Toby said.  “Can I come with you?” he asked.

“Sure, but why?” said Toby.

“I’ve never been on a train before,” said Stretchy Man.

Toby saw his watch.  It was only thirty minutes to the Finball game but they were an hour away! …
