Once there was a young girl whose family all played the violin carefully because there was no room for mistakes. The girl’s name was Hannah and she was 12 years old. She had black hair and she loved dancing. She had always wanted to play the violin because everyone in her family had done it. She wanted to follow in her ancestors' footsteps.

Hannah was drawn to the violin; she had always wanted to play it since she was a young girl.

One day when she was walking to school, she found a violin beside a wagon. She went over to check the violin and when she turned it over she found it was a famous violin owned by someone called Hodieny!

She never knew anything about this violin, but it was cursed! The curse would take control of the person while they were holding the violin and would not let the person put it down.

Meanwhile her father Michael was spying on her while she was walking to school. He had brown hair and blue eyes. He was a caring person, he was intelligent and good at his job.

Michael thought to himself, “I should probably get that violin and sell it…”
