Once upon a time there was a boy named Andre who liked to go on adventures. One day his whole life took a turn when he met a blue parrot called Leah. For some reason whenever Leah got something right, she would always apologise.
“What’s the last thing that you have seen?” Leah squawked to Andre.
“An old man with an old machine,” whispered Andre.
“What did the machine do?” Leah asked.
“It’s a time traveling machine that brings you back in time,” said Andre.
“Back in time?” said Leah. “I’m from back in time! We must find the time machine!”
They went to a magical cave to find special golden glimmering stones. They wanted to trade them with the old man to get his time machine, but there was a dragon who was a security guard defending the stones. The dragon was white and fluffy with green stripes and it was taller than two horses. Its body curled around the stones and it had three heads. One was sleeping, one was upright looking all about and one was growling.
They couldn’t get past it so they decided to attack it. Leah wanted to peck at its eyes. Andre had read a book about dragons and knew that their weakness was mud. Andre had a magical brain that when he thought of things they appeared in his backpack. He pulled his bag from his back and took out a handful of mud. Leah looked at Andre in complete confusion.
“Sorry,” she said.
It was too late! They had taken too much time planning and now the dragon was right in front of them. When the dragon breathed they could sense flames about to come. It smelled of smoke, vinegar and peppers. Leah fainted...
