On Tuesday 25th August Fighting Words Belfast joined in with the Eastside Arts Festival festivities, welcoming children to Skainos for an afternoon of story-writing, illustrating and reading.
Stories were read by friends from the Shared Reading project at the Duncairn Centre for Culture & Arts; and the lovely folks at the Creativity Hub supplied the event with Rory's Story Cubes to get the ideas flowing; and visiting children left as published authors with their own storybooks.
