If you haven’t heard already – Fighting Words NI are running the Belfast Marathon!
Our relay team of staff and volunteers (and some help from the Annadale Striders) will be taking on the challenge on Sunday 30th April, all to raise money for Fighting Words NI.
As we are a charity, donations will go towards continuing to provide creative writing opportunities for young people aged 6-18 across Northern Ireland, in the form of schools workshops, our Unschool Programmes, and other projects throughout the year. We believe that even in difficult times, young people should have access to every creative opportunity.
You can donate to our fundraiser HERE.
Plus, we’ve got creative with our fundraising this year: to show our appreciation, if you donate £10, you’ll receive a personalised acrostic, £20, an original haiku and £50, a personalised limerick!
There is no minimum donation, and we appreciate any support you can give us. If you can’t donate right now, we’d love if you could share our campaign on social media, or with family and friends. And, if you’d like to show your support in person, feel free to come out and cheer on our team on 30th April!

Good Luck to Fiona, Bernadette, Matthew, Julie, and Jonathan on 30th April!
